In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of minors under the age of eighteen to be taken without the consent of the parents/legal guardian and children.

Photographs/videos of the event or activity that may contain images of you may likely be used to transfer to a third-party, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works, and to reproduce the same images, in each case for the purpose of promoting the company, its services, and other good faith business purposes.

We will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform us immediately.
